Zipper Pull - Cookie Monster (Sesame Street)

Items you need:

• 2 x “4mm x 30cm” paracord.
• *4 x “3mm (diameter) x 2mm (thick)” magnets (neodymium magnets are recommended for better holding power).
• Super glue (for the eyes, mouth and magnets).

*If you do not have magnets, I have included a 3D printed Connector.

Suggested print settings for the Main Body:

• Layer height 0.2mm.
• Infill 30%.
• Position the print in a way that the joining face is facing downwards.
• No supports needed.
• Selected areas require a fuzzy feature (please refer to the attached 3MF files for guidance):
  • Fuzzy Skin: Outside walls.
  • Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.8mm (default).
  • Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.3mm (default).

Suggested print settings for the Eyes & Mouth:

• Layer height 0.2mm.
• Infill 15%.
• Position the print in a way that the chamfered face is facing upwards.
• No supports needed.

Suggested print settings for Holder-Peg:

• Layer height 0.2mm.
• Infill 30%.
• Perimeters: 5 (for strength).

Suggested print settings for the Holder-Body:

• Layer height 0.2mm.
• Infill 15%.
• No supports needed.
• Selected areas require a fuzzy feature (please refer to the attached 3MF files for guidance):
  • Fuzzy Skin: Outside walls.
  • Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.8mm (default).
  • Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.3mm (default).

Assembly

For the eyes and mouth, attach the chamfered side to the main body. Ensure the smoother side (the side on the print bed) faces outward.
