Desktop Waste Basket and Holder

Desktop Waste Basket and Holder for collecting filament scraps right next to your 3D printer - saving trips to the main trash / recycle bin every time you print something or change filament.

Use the WASTE BASKET by itself OR place the HOLDER on your desktop (or other horizontal surface), optionally screw it down with sheetrock screws (or similar) using provided mounting holes, and slip in the Waste Basket.  Then place all your filament scraps, cleaning wipes, etc. in the Waste Basket.  Lift out the Waste Basket when it needs to be emptied.

The provided STL files can be printed in PLA or PETG and do not require supports.

PrusaSlicer 3MF files are provided for generic PLA.

G-code files have been provided for the Original Prusa MK4 using Input Shaper at 0.2mm SPEED layer height.

The Waste Basket seen in the photos was printed on an Original Prusa MK4 with FilaCube Green PLA using Input Shaper with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm SPEED layer height with a 10% gyroid infill.

The Holder seen in the photos was printed on an Original Prusa MK4 with generic Silk Copper PLA using Input Shaper with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm SPEED layer height with a 10% gyroid infill.
