Craftbot Hidden Hinge for a Front Door

When not in use the hinge is hidden and it opens with two pivot points. This also means that the door has to be pushed to the right before you can actually turn it open (still thinking on a solution to improve that)

It is meant to be screwed to the side panel with the already existing screw and the design should fit the right and left side of the printer.
You might have to lower your flow rate in order to break free the hinges (if you are having trouble with that).

I have also included the .dxf for the laser cut acrylic front door. You might want to modify it in order to mount a handle to it (I completely forgot about that).

I have printed it with 100% infill to make it as strong as possible and without any supports.
The holes for the acrylic are meant to accomodate 4x M4 screws and I have glued two magnets on the opposite corners with 2k epoxy in order to keep it closed.

Update:
I wasn't completely sure if a glued handle would hold up very long, so I quickly drew one that uses the existing M4 screws. It is a bit unconventional as it is mounted on opposite side where you would expect it, but I works surprisingly well.

Update2:
I have noticed that some people might have had problems with the tight tolerances (particulary when printing it with ABS), which lead to a fused and therefor unusable part. I added another version with enlarged tolerances (+0,5mm for the diameter of the holes and +0,5mm between the top/bottom and middle part)
