You'll need to print 2. Mount them fairly wide is best, see photos. Be aware of where the front and back buttons are when sliding them on/off. Make sure you position them far enough away to still allow easy usage of the buttons.

No supports required. Any layer height and infill should be fine. I used normal defaults of 0.2 and 15%. It fits fairly tight because I don't want them slipping off when you adjust or lift the SEQTRAK. 

You might want to use a PLA or PLA+ that has a little flex. Something too stiff like a PETG might damage the SEQTRAK if you try to force it on. You could scale up 1-2% to make the fit a little looser or to work with a very stiff plastic.
