Tap to Cat Adapter

Our cat is a finicky diva, she does not like the water fountain we got her. Instead she wants to drink from the tap, but not out of the sink. We needed to hold a hand under the tap to let the water run out to the fingers, where she licks it up. That is very uncomfortable with the cold water she prefers.

That is why I designed this adapter. It hooks into the tap head. The water runs down the canal to the end. There the cat can lick the water. As you can see in the photo, she actually likes it.

Printed in PETG, with the canal oriented vertically. This caused the back of the adapter to look ugly because of difficult overhang, but neither I nor the cat care about that detail.

The OpenSCAD source file is included. It is not well (or at all) documented, sorry.
