Each size comes with 2 versions of lids.

REMINDER: For smoothest operation, apply some paraffin wax to the rim of the body, then assemble and spin things a few times to distribute the wax.  If you don't have paraffin wax, you can use color-matched crayons or wax from a tealight candle!

Unlike many of the ones I've seen of a flexible tape housing so far, this one prints easily, with NO supports needed, and NO hardware required to put it together.  ONLY 2 parts that snap together, that's it!  Works smoothly and hassle-free!

What it fits:

Features:

1. Easy assembly!  Snap it on and snap it off - no tools required.
2. 2 parts print in about 1.5 hrs.
3. Arrow on the outside indicates which direction to turn.
   
   
    
4. Arrow on the inside indicates where to slide in the tape end.
   
   
    
5. The tail end of the tape is locked in place.
6. Prints without supports.

2 Versions of the Cap are provided:

1. Arrow Style 1 - conventional
2. Arrow Style 2 - triangles

Useful TIPS:

1. If you like the colors shown in the pics, I used a tri-color filament and the bottom layer set to Hilbert Curve.  This really accentuates the color transitions and creates a unique colorful part - both fun and functional! :-)
2. PLA works fine for this application.
3. Make sure your printer has the extrusion multiplier correctly calibrated.  If the nozzle over extrudes, it will likely the lid not to spin freely.
4. If you encounter the above issue, you can easily adjust down the extrusion multiplier around 0.5-1% to eliminate the binding.
5. For smoothest operation (not required), apply some paraffin wax to the rim of the body, then assemble and spin things a few times to distribute the wax.
