Volvo 940 2 DIN radio frame for radio 7018B

I wanted a new stereo with Bluetooth and reversing camera for my old Volvo 940 and found a really cheap 2 DIN from China, only known as 7018B.

It doesn't use a metal frame, the radio is put in the frame and then the entire thing is mounted in the car. No screws used, But it tend to bow out at the bottom end, but I might have a fix for that soon.

Edit: Added a lock that slips on the DC outlet behind the panel. Swivel it out behind the panel and tighten the nut on the DC outlet to lock everything together.

The volt meter is a small module, can't fin the exact same anymore but there are very similar looking on eBay, I hope they work. If you use thin wires make sure to add an inline fuse on + so the wires don't catch fire if they short out, or just use solder in some thicker wire.

Update 2021: I have uploaded a model with 2 holes for outlets or compatible modules like phone chargers or volt meters.

The DC outlet is from a local store, but I saw some on eBay looking exactly the same. It had a cover saying "MARINE 12V" ond the text "LOCK POINT" on the outside of the plug.

The stereo name is 7018B and is a really cheap 2 DIN model, if you want to use another stereo make sure it have the right mounting holes and actually fit the frame (check out cad link below).
