Roan stroller cup/bottle holder

A sturdy cup holder that allows you to bring coffee to adventures with your young one. The cup holder attaches to the mount using a thumb screw so can be remove and reattach it without use of any screws. The mounting angle can also be adjusted very easily. Seems to be quite resilient as we've been daily driving it for the past 2 month without any signs of wear.

Designed for my Roan Bass Next stroller, it should fit most other Roan strollers as well but I haven't tested it. Might work with other brands as well. I've included the Fusion 360 files in case someone want to redesign the mounting mechanism to their baby carriage.

Parts required

• 1x M6x20/25 screw
• 1x M6 nut
• 4x M3 screws (any with length of between 10 and 20 mm should do fine)
• 4x M3 brass threaded inserts (I've used M3x6x4.5 but you can use any that can be pressed into a hole with a diameter of 4.2mm)

The model consists of 4 parts:

• Mount A & B - attached to each other and baby carriage using M3 screws and threaded inserts
• Cup Holder
• Nut - a plastic frame printed around the M3 nut, attaches the cup holder to the mount

Printing

All parts are structural so I recommend using PETG with high infill (I went for 100%). I printed everything using 0.6mm nozzle and 0.35 SPEED PrusaSlicer preset.

The Cup Holder itself needs supports, organic ones on build plate only should give you the best results.

The M3 nut needs to be inserted into the Nut part mid-print so you need set the pause print breakpoint at the last layer of the gap.

Assembly

1. Heat-press the threaded inserts into Mount B.
2. Insert the M6 screw into Mount A.
3. Attach Mount A and Mount B to the carriage and each other using M3 screws. You can decide to mount them in a way that the M6 screw is facing inward or outward, depending where you want the cup holder to be on your stroller.
4. Attach Cup holder to the mount using the Nut. Make sure to adjust the angle while tightening the nut.
5. Take your baby for a walk while enjoying a cup of coffee!
