Description
These parts fit series 209 of Matco-Norca frost-free hose faucets, such as:
2090 models (1/2" MIP & 1/2" SWT Inlet):
209004 - 4" Length
209006 - 6" Length
209008 - 8" Length
209010 - 10" Length
209012 - 12" Length
209014 - 14" Length
2094 models (3/4" MIP & 1/2" FIP Inlet):
209404 - 4" Length
209406 - 6" Length
209408 - 8" Length
209410 - 10" Length
209412 - 12" Length
209414 - 14" Length
The models can have letters “LF” or “LK” at the end, such as 209012LF or 209012LK. The former means “Lead Free” (suitable for drinking water), and the later means “Loose Key” (prevents people without the key from opening the faucet).
You will find two variants of the parts here: original and modified. The originals are what Matco-Norca comes with. The modified parts are my take on them.
Packing (originally made of PVC) should be printed from a strong, less brittle material. For the washer (originally rubber), use soft TPU, such as NinjaTek's NinjaFlex. There is also a way to adapt a regular garden hose washer: just cut square tabs into in and it will fit.
