This is my take on fast funnel design.

It is sized for standard bottle openings.

Despite simple and elegant shape, tt has several non-standard features:

• Venturi effect nozzle to speed up the flow
• Oval (or tri-oval, versions above 2) crossection to provide air venting for the bottle (air can escape from bottle and this prevents ‘clogging’. In round designs some ribs or cutouts are neccesary for this purpose. There are no ‘turbine’ elements, as these also make flow faster due to provided venting) 

I tested this with water and glass bottle, bottle could be filled faster than it emptied afterwards.
