Description

I recommend printing my newer model of this. This one will be useful if you still like to have friction hinges.

I wanted a nice small pocket phone-stand that was sleek and comfortable to carry, but could also stand up to a large phone's weight. Many of the other designs I found were large, not meant for pocket-carry, or relied on tenuous friction-hinges, so I decided to make my own!

The friction fit of the parts is good enough to hold my phone (for now) but just in case, there is also a kickstand to help keep the top-section in place.

It holds an iPhone 14 quite well in several positions, but isn't sturdy enough to hold it in the flatter-positions if it is standing upright.

After printing: 
Slowly work the three hinges (top-to-bottom section, kickstand leg, and the holding-arms) back and forth, increasing how far you rotate them with each stroke. 

The holding arms should move together, so make sure when breaking them loose that you push on them both at the same time. 

I did add spots for 6x2mm magnets, but until the joints get worn in, these won't be much help. 

Print Recommendations: Wall Order - Outer/Inner (To help ensure accuracy of print-in-place moving parts).
