Description
If you're not familiar with the T-Nut Mounting System, go here first to see a video of it in action. It's an alternative way of mounting things to Skadis/Uppspel boards without having to use hooks, which makes designing and printing the mounts a lot easier.
I just purchased an Uppspel (black Skadis) board the other day and wanted to print a mount for my caliper, I printed 2 mounts I found on here that looked good but neither were angled correctly to suit this model.
I scanned the caliper and imported the image into Fusion and created a custom mount for this specific model. Mine is a SHAHE 1500, but it may work for other SHAHE models, or indeed other calipers in general.
This model uses an M2.5 screw and I've got a 16mm in it but you could probably get away with a 12mm judging by how much is sticking out the back.
There is a small 45° lip at the front to prevent the calipers sliding off.
I printed this using PLA+ on an MK3S+ using the following settings:
