Now the channels for the screws are arranged in order to avoid each other, maintaining the original mounting holes on the front plate but allowing the same tensioning method.

You need to use a 20mm long M3 screw to tension the part: any longer screw could collide with the plate if you tighten it all the way in.

Print the fixed part standing and the moving part flat on the bed. 

I think this could work for the MK4 too.
