40mm silent fan Adapter for 1U servers (Supermicro, Intel, EMC)

40mm Fan Adapter for 1U Servers to swap the superloud fans with 40mm (20mm wide) silent fans. If your server fan is 40mm wide and 56mm long, this is the exact replacement.

Notes: 

If you want to swap your noisy fans in your 1U server with a low noise 20mm wide 40mm fan, this adapter will do the job.

Please note that exchanging these high-speed fans with low-noise fans, you are lacking air pressure. Ensure that your server is not overheating. If you already use low-power CPUs, this could make the server more homelab-compatible.

Printing Hints:

I used a stock Ender 3 Pro with PLA from OWL Filament. This is relatively cheap PLA and works just fine.

Do not use supports! 
I designed the fan tunnel to work without any supports. This ensures that you do not waste material, and they don't take much space on the print plate.

On my Ender 3 Pro with Cura 4.4 with stock settings, each adapter prints in nearly 2hours.

Infill settings are not so relevant, as nearly 90% of the prints are walls anyway.
