Description
I designed this clip to replace broken ones on my screens, which I could not find locally to buy.
It is a general purpose screw on clip, that can hold timber/aluminium screens in place.
The extrusion flexes so that the screen can come in/out with some slight pressure.
Please refer to the attached images for the meanings of the configuration parameters.
These are easy to change to make a clip that precisely suits the thickness of your screen and the gap between your screen and the casement.
Suggest printing on the side, so does not require support.
Also suggest adding a brim, as being so thin it will ensure adhesion to the bed while printing.
And because clip is so small, best to print in thin layer height, at 100% infill.
