Shower Glass Hook (variable for 6, 7, 8 mm Glass)

Info:

3-part shower glass hook with different blackplates to fit ~6/7/8 mm glass thickness.

All parts are simply pushed together with a solid fit, no glue or screws needed (can be glued if you like).

There are two versions:  

• with slots for use with standard cabinet silicone stoppers/bumpers
• without the slots

The given spacing between the parts is likely to be approximative, depending on your setup, especially when using the version with bumpers, depending on the measurements of your chosen bumpers.

• Bumpers used are 8 x 3 mm.

Print settings:

• ASA or PETG recommended (humid environment)
• See slicer screenshot for print orientation
• Use support for the FRONTPLATE only (tree auto will work fine)
  • the frontplate slot has additional spacing to fit the peg/tongue despite uneven support surface on the bottom of the slot 
• I recommend a minimum of 
  • 25% infill 
  • 8-10 top layers (to prevent tearing of surface under load)
  • 3-4 walls
