I took the step file (R2 design) from Prusa and completely redesigned everything except the piece that mounts to the fan.  The original fan shroud primarily blows from the left side and I found that some overhangs blocked from the left wouldn't look as clean as others.  It seemed that having air flowing from 3 sides would help with overhangs.

Notes on this upgrade:

This model does not need supports.  The ducting inside of the part guides the airflow through 3 channels, left, center, right, creating a sort of vortex aimed down to the print.  This design can still swivel the shroud without hitting the nozzle.

Print settings:

• 0.1 or 0.15mm layer height recommended
• ABS or ASA material
• 2 perimeters and 15% infill
