Volvo Retaining Clip (3523937)

This model is a replacement for the Volvo Retaining Clip with the part number 352393, which is no longer available from Volvo. The clip fixes the rear ABS sensor wire to the brake hose to avoid it from rubbing. The old plastic often becomes brittle and cracks easily.

Versions

“Normal” - This version has the exact dimensions of the original part, use this for rubber hoses.

“Covered Steel Braid” - This version has a smaller inner diameter for the brake hose to accomodate the smaller diameter of steel braided brake hoses. This version is for covered lines with an outer diameter of about 7.1mm.

“Bare Steel Braid” - This version has an even smaller inner diameter for the brake hose for uncovered steel braided brake hoses (COMING SOON).

Print Settings

• Use a temperature resistant filament like ABS, PA, …
• With three outer perimeters, the important parts of the perimeter is completely filled. The actual infill in the center part is not incredibly relevant for the strength.
