SUNLU FilaDryer S2 PTFE Mod

PTFE Mod for SUNLU FilaDryer S2 attached with screws and using a bigger hole in order to get better filament pull angle. Use the dill jig for making the two 3mm holes and then extent the original hole to 8mm. Best print sidewards as shown. Great matching look for black S2 using Prusament Black PETG CF. Example printed on XL with support material PLA, but will also print well with single filament using organic support.

For the installation and before drilling remove to upper heating element.

Tools needed:

• Power drill
• Drill bit 3mm and 8mm

Material needed:

• 2x Countersunk head screw M3 x 10mm
• 2x Nut M3
• 1x PTFE Tube Connector PC4-M6
