Description
These blocks show how a castle joint joining 2x2 dimensional lumber (1.5 in x 1.5 in) would fit together. They can be scaled for any other square-profile lumber.
I have not included any tolerance, so assembled they are extremely tight as printed. (Any two pieces fit loosely, but all three are tight, showing how the joint gains strength from being all together.)
I found them handy for setting fence distance and saw height when crafting the same thing from wood.
