Pro-Form Dental Vacuum Forming Box - Night retainers

This is my new improved version of a a Pro-Form vacuum forming machine.  The previous model is still available, but it will not receive any update.

You can print the frame stencil, but do not put in in the oven.   The real frame must be made with woods or other heat resistant material.  Only use the stencil as a reference for cutting the wood.  I also included the laser cutter vector file.  

I suggest to see a real dentist to get your night retainer.  But if for any reason you cannot afford one or if you just want to try this, you might be impressed by the result.

Printing

• layer: 0.20mm
• infill: 20%
• support: only for the box
• brim: only for the vacuum attachment (20mm)

Print the vacuum attachment upside down with a large brim

Assembly

• Vacuum attachment: snap it into the box.  I suggest adding a little glue to improve the seal
• Lid: simply place it on top of the box
