This is a remix of the Siren by MlePh. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1568198
It is scaled down by 80% to fit easily in a 200x250 bed.
But once adjusted, it is VERY loud! (completely saturated a phone mic at 2 meters for example). "SirHaScaled v20.f3d" is the fusion360 file.
I used different ball bearing (mostly because I had them):

Changes compare to the original are:
used different bearings, implied crank axis adjustments
- made the central glued part a bit thicker
- made some of the frame parts a bit thicker for more rigidity
- adjusted the front rotor propeller blades a bit thicker (scaling put them thinner than the 0.4mm extruder)
- added an optional bearing to link in axis the crank one and the rotor ( attempt to add some rigidity to the crank axis, which only have the big bearing and suffer transverse force during crank rotation)
- added some holes in the frame to see the gears moving (only aesthetic)
text changed, we now call every body at once for the morning coffee break at work ;)
EDIT:
I split the "07 gear" in two parts because there is a weak point at the big bearing place. Instead there is two file starting with "07". I've replaced the "09" plus "15" part by only "09" and a metallic rod of 4mm diameter (fits inside the small bearings).
Settings:
Printed at 0.2mm layer thickness without support, except the front propeller (0.1mm + support).
- Printed in full infill only the small gears and the small axis, others at 20%. I used at least 3 shell perimeter layers in the hope of better rigidity.
- Used PLA, but as mentioned in the comments, PETG is probably a better choice for the gears.
- Print 3x '19-screwFront01'
- Print 6x '22-screwBack01'
- Change the filament color before the last 3-4 layers for part '05-frontHolder02' to see the text (or fill the letter gaps with paint)
concerning '01-frameCenter', in order to have the in model designed supports printed, with Slic3r I had to use 'thin wall detection' option enable. Remove these 7 pieces after to clear the holes.

/!\ Don't forget to sand a bit, once assembled and glued, the inside of '01-frameCenter' where the rotor spin, and the outside of the big rotor itself. There enough play but it scaled down as well. I had some imperfections (elephant foot) and at high speed, the small frictions literally solder the frame and the rotor (!). Sand all the axis that will be inserted into bearings, they should fit firmly but without excessive force.
