Pop-up credit card wallet spreader with coin/cash storage

This is a remix of the popular Modular card wallet by CHKING. I've strengthened the sides a little and added a slick storage compartment on the back which keeps it nice and slim. This wallet version is only for 6 cards.

Small magnets can be placed in the back door if needed but not essential as the latch is tight and it wouldn't be able to open on its own (Depending on your printer tolerance/tuning)

I've also made a “Spacer” which takes the space of 5 cards, so if you wanted to go out and didn't want to carry all your cards, you can use the spacer plus 1 card only.

There are two lever versions, one has an added insert which will give the slider better grip if you prefer this option.

Print at layer height 0.2 with 3 walls, 4 top and 4 bottom layers and 15 - 20% grid infill. 

I recommend printing the Middle section, Card pusher and Lever in PETG for its flexural strength . The top and bottom sections will be fine using any type of filament.

You will need 4 M3 x 12mm bolts and nuts.

*EDIT 07Feb24: Added a door with tighter closure as some said it was not tight enough.

*EDIT 17Feb24: Added back cover and door with slightly bigger magnet holes as some said 4mm magnets where too small.

*EDIT 24Feb24 Added middle section with keyring loop attachment. Can be positioned either left or right of wallet upon assembly.
