Dummy Fork 1-1/8 & Tapered

Dummy bicycle fork 1-1/8 with a tapered adapter. The dummy also has a place to hang the brake clamp and bridge cap. Similar to Park Tool DF-1.

I added tapered_adapter_v2, which has a larger diameter, allowing the bearing to rest on it.
