Braun Juicer 4161 switch spring

This is a replacement for the Braun Juicer 4161 switch spring (part #81262218). The original part got some fatigue cracks over the years. I was unable to obtain an original spare part, but I didn't want to throw away a good juicer, so I designed the replacement part.

Printing

The spring lever snaps off if the material is too stiff, so I recommend a filament like PETG that is not too brittle. Do not use metallic or wooden filaments, just to be on the safe side.

Print with 100% infill, and without supports.

Print both parts, then clip the small bracket into the switch spring to complete the spare part (see photos). No glueing is necessary.

Caution

Disconnect from power before opening the juicer housing! (If you manage to remove the tamper proof screws, you are probably aware of that anyway.)
