** Upon request I have updated my model to support the DJI O4 Air Unit Pro and created a separate file with just the camera mount and a modified rear antenna mount. I have not tested this mount on the frame but the O4 Camera/ND Protector design has been tested on its own. Show off your make!
I took my original O3 Camera Lens and ND Protector design and modified it to fit my new Diatone Roma L3 build. Its a tight squeeze to fit an O3 camera between the new front stand-offs, which you need two M2X23mm OD=4mm. The O3 TPU camera mount has a fixed tilt angle of 20° and optional mounting holes for securing the camera in the TPU mount. I don't use the mounting screws since the camera fits snuggly in the TPU and can't come out the front due to the design. The 4 stand-off holes on the camera mount are over sized and will be a little loose. I found this to be the best way to reduce vibrations in the frame from entering the camera where the gyro is located. You'll also find a thin motor spacer to put between your motors and the arms, this also seemed to help remove vibrations in both entering the camera and the frame/FC. I have also designed two different arm/motor protectors and is up to you to decide if you want to use them. The motor protector version will fit any motor with a bell diameter of 19mm, see my parts list below. The 4 outside holes in the motor protector are for you to double check the screw heights, you definitely don't want a screw thought your motor windings. I have also included a capacitor mounting ring along with a mount for adding a ViFly Finder Mini (beeper pointed down, wires on top) off the rear. I've included a mount for an M10 GPS if you also decide to add one. This is a fun little quad to rip and with no props in view, the O3 air unit is the perfect little setup for this 3" drone!
