Description
I made a replica of a single sided razorblade. They are a quick print and work well for separating very thin or stuck parts from the print bed. Because they are so thin the is less of a ramming prying acting when separating parts! The don't last too long when printed in PLA but work just fine. I will update after I have printed a few in PC and ABS.
Print the blade flat, then fold over the top. Use a pen or an allen wrench and push the eye holes out the other side to lock the top of the razor blade together.
The blue razor blade in the pictures is printed with the z height increased to 200%. The yellow blade is printed at 100% for all dimensions. I used a .07mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle.
