Description
04/27/24 UPDATE: I made a version 2 that now has the same alignment plugs as my other Skådis designs, for easier installation. Also threw in a Greenworks logo like the Makita parts.
I made this battery holder for my Greenworks 40V yard tools (mower, leaf blower, etc) that mounts to the SKÅDIS pegboard with printed M2.5 T-Nuts from 6d6178. See their collection of T-Nut mounted parts below.
The result is a part that holds the batteries firmly on the board and slides up and out easily. I've designed the part to be able to lie flat on the print bed without any supports for a quick clean print.
- 1 x SKÅDIS Greenworks 40V Battery Holder (this printed part)
- 4 x printed SKÅDIS T-Nuts from 6d6178.
- 4 x printed SKÅDIS T-Nut Alignment Guides from 6d6178 to ensure vertical alignment.
- 4 x M2.5 screws
- 4 x M2.5 hex nuts to drop into the printed T-nuts listed above.
- 1 x SKÅDIS Greenworks 40V Battery Holder (this printed part)
- 2 x printed SKÅDIS T-Nuts from 6d6178
- 2 x printed SKÅDIS Alignment Plus (these printed parts)
- 2 x M2.5 screws
- 2 x M2.5 hex nuts to drop into the printed T-nuts listed above
