Parametric Superior Filament Spool Desiccant Container

This provides superior spool drying capability by exposing both the inside and outside of the container to the desiccant.

The 50mm model fits most spools with narrower core.  The overture model fits spools with wider cores better.  You can print it with whatever material you prefer.   I use Bumat clear PLA which provides a minimal level of visual status of the desiccant and is very inexpensive.

I insert these into my spools and then use a vacuum seal bag to minimize vapor intrusion.  I use mylar bags for particularly hygrosopic materials such as PETG, PC, etc.
