Analog Calipers

This is a 3D printed set of semi accurate analog calipers. If you do not have a set of more accurate calipers, you can simply use this set of files to create an analog set of calipers. Obviously, this set of calipers is not as accurate as a professional set. 

These calipers have markings every half of a centimeter. These calipers have the ability two measure inside and outside diameter's as well as probe depths, like most other sets of calipers.

Printing Instructions

• Material: PLA or PETG (for extra strength)
• Supports: Yes
  • Supports are needed on the head pieces
• Orientation:
  • Print the head pieces vertically
  • Print the ruler laying on its back
  • Print the probe laying on its back

Assembly Instructions (shown in the photos)

• Place the head cap piece onto the top of the ruler (use glue if needed)
• Slide the probe piece into the other head piece (use glue if needed)
• Slide the second headpiece with the probe attached onto the ruler
