Satsana 4010 Fan Duct for Geeetech Mizar S, Mizar Max and Mizar Pro (Compatible with Direct Drive)

This is a re-work of my own re-work of the Satsana blower duct and hotend housing for the Mizar S. 1.6/1.7 bottom and 1.8 top ARE compatible with one-another. Compatible with Direct Drive bracket / original extruder and has clearance for the tensioner arm.

Features:

• Minimal extra hardware required (2x 20mm M4 bolts + nuts for the blower) - otherwise only requires original screws from stock components.
• Prints either as 1 whole part, or as 2 main pieces to allow for re-printing and modifying parts without having to re-print the entire thing or for doing the duct and shroud in different materials or colors.
• Duct (bottom part) can be printed standing-up support-less if you make the top and bottom separately. (I made mine with PETG, bridging was totally fine.)
• Supports 5015 radial blower fans for high throughput
• Comes with a printable guidepost that snaps onto 2 places to help you align the two halves before adhesion
• Good clean geometry makes for easy modifications

Note:

You will need to either bend, remove, or re-locate the LED on the bottom of the hotend circuit board for the duct to clear the light. I personally chose to desolder mine and re-locate it on the opposite side for minimal effort which allowed me to bend it a bit further so the duct fits.
