Clamp A - Similar to a standard “spring” clamp. Size: Height 145 mm (5.7”). Clamp opening: 80 mm (3.2”). Clamp reach: 52 mm (2”) .
Clamp B - Similar to a standard “photo” clamp. Size: Height 145 mm (5.7”). Clamp opening: 76 mm (3”). Clamp reach: 52 mm (2”).
The clamps can be scaled up or down to fit your needs. Add rubber bands to provide the clamping force. Use more or less rubberbands to get the desired force.
Use PLA or better.
0.2 mm layer height.
70% or better infill for strength.
Do not us supports. If you use supports the hing may fuse and the clamp will not work!
