As usual - at fist small warning for you. The 6h part consist a big parts but the very small also so pay attention to the description and attached pictures. As usual be extremely careful during the assembly itself and work slowly and cautiously. If you manage to damage or break some part despite being extra careful you should "weld" it with a soldering gun rather than gluing it with super glue.
Today I prepared for you “sheet metal” parts of the tail of the bike
Printing instruction:
rear_mudguard - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
seat_holder - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer.
rear_mudguard_inner - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer
rear_handle_2 - 1 piece, red PLA, 100% infill, 0.15-0.2 layer
If you have MMU unit and you can print in different colors, you can insert rear_handle_1.stl + rear_handle_2 together into slicer and set up multi-material printing.
If you can not print in different colors, put the break into print and change color manually. You can also printed this part separately and glue them afterwards with superglue also but this I do not recommend because to find the correct position of this 2 parts is difficult.
Assembly instruction:
After print is necessary to assembly together seat_holder, seat_holder_rubber_plugs and rear_handle. Plugs glue with superglue, the rear handle screw with 6 pcs M1.2-3 screws.
Now you can install all parts into frame. You have to start with rear_mudguard_inner.stl. If you printed the main stand with holder, you should unscrew the stand holder.
Insert the rear_mudguard_inner.stl and fasten it on the lower side with the common screw holding the main stand holder (M1.6-5). Insert the rear_mudguard.stl and screw it together with the ear_mudguard_inner.stl using the M1.6-8 screw.
Now you can install 2 screws M1.6-3 and fix the rear_mudguard.stl.
Next step is installation of the seat holder assembly and the side_handle.stl according pisture below.
The chain_cover_holder.stl carefully keep for now in some box. It will be needed in the further part of the construction.
Bill of material:
2x nut M2
6x screw M1.2-3mm
2x screw M1.6-3mm
4x screw M1.6-5mm
2x screw M1.6-8mm
2x screw M2-5mm
superglue
Optionally
1x screw M1.6-5mm (if you did not print the main stand)
I hope you had fun during building and everything went smoothly.
You can look forward to the next part. The 7th part is under progress right now ;)
