Hints:
The picture shows an old version of my design. The pricture is from my Drybox roller TPU sleeves and I reused it here for now (will be updated). I was asked for the files but had no time for my 3D printing hobby for some time. Now finally I can provide them. Hope it helps building a drybox :)
The new version is improved to be printed without supports and needs less material (the inner part is thinner now). In addition I learned more about creating better fitting threads, so there should be no problem with this version and you should need normal force to screw outer and inner part together - same for the cap.
There are two version for the inner part. I only used the version with a gasket, but added a plain one for everybody without a fitting gasket. I've not tested it, so if there are problems with this version give me feedback and I try to fix it. Thank you.
Update:
I've added my helper for marking my drill holes if you want to create the same drybox using IKEA Samla. Please see my other models used for my drybox based on a IKEA Samla box: https://www.printables.com/@Mike_88377/collections/1315141
