48 Port Keystone Panel 2U

48 Port Keystone Module Panel tailored for 2U rack space. I included only a version with a dovetail cut.

Dovetail cut version fits completely on my Prusa XL's bed.  You could of course print it ½ at a time.

Also, the 3MF file that is included uses modifiers to A) Label the jacks with a different extruder B) color sections of the print using different extruder C) Change the infill near the dovetail to 100%.   — You can “easily” modify the labels and colored sections to match you needs.

---- I just wired this up, and since its hanging partially below my rack (I want to leave one space for future stuff) I dont like the amount of stress on the ‘ears’.  When it fails, I think I will thicken the faceplate, causing the jacks to be inset slightly, but with more solid layers on the bottom (the faceplate is the bottom) it should give more strength.  Also PETG might be a better idea than generic old PLA.  —

Another improvement would be to have some sort of build in strain relief shelf.  I did the cables in bundles, and they are zip tied to the wall behind.
