Description

These are files for the ear gear of some of the straw hats on Egghead Island.

Models for a single left ear (Luffy, Sanji, Robin, Jinbei), Nami's headphone style, and Usopp's Headphone style are in this.

Just like some of the old walkman headphones, these all have parts that hook around the shell of one's ear. Your mileage will vary on how well this works. If it doesn't sit well on your ear, other adhesion methods might need to be implemented (a.k.a. double stick tape onto the wig) For the types with headbands, I scaled the band slightly larger than my head to (hopefully) accommodate the extra size of a wig. I tried to make these modes as light as possible, but the are extremely top heavy because of the antennas that stick up.

For all models, the Hinge needs to be inserted through the space of the EarCuff and glued into the Base. Make sure the pieces fit together and can rotate before permanent assembling (tolerances are built into the model). DO NOT get glue in the rotating part of the joint. I recommend using superglue or 2-part epoxy to assemble.

For Nami, the NamiHeadband slots into the back gaps of NamiBase. For Usopp, his headband is glued in-between the two channels marking the center of the tops of the ear UsoppBase.

Happy Cosplaying to the friend who requested I make these!

For Nami:

NamiBaseR x 1, NamiBaseL x 1, NamiAntennaR x 1, NamiAntennaL x 1, NamiHeadband x 1, Hinge x 2, EarCuff x 2

For Usopp:

UsoppBaseR x 1, UsoppBaseL x 1, UsoppHeadband x 1, UsoppAntenna x 1, Hinge x 2, EarCuff x 2

For Luffy, Sanji, Robin, Jinbei:

Base x 1, Antenna x 1, Hinge x 1, EarCuff x 1

Zoro got lost and didn't get any cool head gear.
