I finally came up with a solution to keep multiple drill bit of the same size in a single container. It is really useful to have extra bits, in case of you break them during job. 

Due to some details I recommend to print with 0.2mm resolution. 

For connecting container and the lid you can use M5 screw. I recommend to use two short M5 bolts like depicted in the image below. It allows for the lid to move freely with no friction. 

Lid is latching on the container as depicted in the image below. It means that the organizer is securely closed even when shaken. In addition to that, the lid has some extrusions which protects bit from falling when you flip to container upside down (when closed) 

Round insert plate is printed separately and then fitted into the container. It rest on a little shelf. To make sure it stay in place, you can add some glue on the shelf and then place the insert. 

This container is printed with no supports. (please check the image below how it should be oriented on the bed)

Dewalt label is not mandatory and you can design your own. I simply glue it to the lid.
