Description
This is a simple collar designed for a PERMINKS 1 Gallon Pump Dispenser to restrict how far it can be pushed down, and therefore how much it can dispense at a time.
We are using these pumps with 1 gallon bottles of tempura paint in a school setting. They are heavy duty and work well, but dispense a lot of paint with each push. The goal of this restrictor is to help reduce waste due to students accidentally getting too much paint.
The model provided is ½ of the restrictor. Print 2 and bind them together around the pump dispenser with a 4 inch cable tie as shown.
This model was designed in Onshape can be easily customized by adjusting the configuration variables on the left side panel.
