Sony Xperia 1-III TPU Case & CAD Model

This is a phonecase for the Xperia 1-III, meant to be printed in TPU. The green case in the pictures is Filamentum flexfill 98A. The white one is Overture highspeed TPU 95A. Both work great. The 95A one is ofcourse a bit softer.

V24 Update 17.07.2024:

• Removed camera button in favor of a cutout
• Adjusted thickness of the volume buttons so it slicer correctly by default

I First recrated a rough CAD-model of the phone itself in Fusion360 and then drew the case around that.

The Fingerprint has a nice cutout, and the volume / assistant buttons are part of the model, all printed in one solid TPU piece. They feel surprisingly well considering that it is all one printed piece. Just make sure that it prints at least two walls on the thin sections of the buttons to avoid blobs forming from constant retractions:
