Nozzle Size Labels for XL Nextruder

If you, like me, have begun to use different nozzle sizes and types on your Prusa XL, this model will be useful for you.

Simply click-on the appropriate label onto the Nextruder filament feeding tube - the clip has a loose fit to prevent deforming the PTFE tube.

There are labels for the following: 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.80, 1.00 mm sizes, OX (ObXidian), and V6 style adapter.

Load the model into PrusaSlicer (or similar software) and split it with the 'Split to parts' tool into two parts (label plate and text). Then, assign colors to the parts and print. The model is designed for a 0.40mm nozzle but should be large enough to be printed with a 0.60mm nozzle as well.

Similar models exist in the 3D printing community, and this design is inspired by the creativity and innovation of fellow designers. However, this model is an original creation.
