Description
An adapter plate is required to mount a 500W spindle on a TTC450 milling machine from TwoTrees. The drill holes in the aluminum holder of the spindle have a distance of 57mm and 20mm
On the backside, melt the M6 nuts into the plate using a soldering iron.
The 4 long M6 screws must be 65mm long and with one or two washers. Make sure that these screws are not too long.
Filaments that are printed at a high temperature, ASA etc. are suitable for printing. Milling with aluminum is the best, but printing is also possible
Slicer settings: very strong, 80% infill, 4 walls etc.
