Voron 0.2 Fully Boxed Frame and MGN9C X Carriage

Inspired by zruncho3d's BoxZero. His version is great, I used it for a few months, but I wanted to try remixing it myself from the 0.2 parts. - https://github.com/zruncho3d/BoxZero/tree/main

You will need longer vertical extrusions, at least 350mm for the standard 120mm of Z travel. They will also need blind joint holes drilled for the gantry extrusions. I used 400mm MakerBeam XL for the vertical. This allowed me to get an extra 50mm of Z travel by using 250mm extrusions, 200mm rails, and a belted Z, but that's completely optional.

You will also need extra bearings, heatsets, and screws for the A/B drives, and the front idlers will need an M3 nut preloaded into the back channel of the front vertical extrusions.
