Makita DXT Mitre saw dust extraction

Better dust extraction for the Makita DXT saw; these prints allow you to use two 32mmOD/28mmID hoses connected to a ShopVac. The elbow must be glued together (easier to print).  The Hose to saw adapter is designed to be tight so you may have to sand the ID on the saw side or print at 101%. That part goes on the top connector of the saw. The plate goes on the lower rear connector.
