BambuLab P1 top raiser (can print on your P1!)

After making the excellent P1 Lite Enclosure (big thank-you to CraftySven) I thought that I could do with something to raise the top lid, to avoid the PTFE tube always rubbing onto the polycarbonate.
But all the designs I saw, they're either too complicated, or they require a 400x400 printer bed (which will take ages, by the way…) or they're not good for my purpose.

So here it is, a simple but effective 40mm lid raiser that is fully compatible with the P1Lite Enclosure, or can be used on its own.
As opposed to some designs, very refined indeed but over-complicated, the ventilation is done in the most simple way: by keeping the lid open! And that is achieved by one hinged stick on each side, which is a simple yet solid solution that won't fear vibrations.

Four parts make the main body, you can do the whole thing in two passages on your P1/X1 printer since the parts have been designed to fit into a 240x240mm plate. Will need supports, but since you're better printing this with ABS/ASA (for best temperature resistance) removing the supports will be very easy.
I would advise to print the “test details” first, to check the dimensional consistency of your printer with the filament you're going to use. Never underestimate shrinkage (and bow!) of the parts when they cool down!

Assembly of the four main body parts is done via 4 M3x25 bolts and sunken nuts. If you don't like the sunken nuts, you could use size 4 self-tapping screws of the same length, just drill slightly larger the bottom hole and try the screw first by heating it up (to avoid cracking the material). 
The hinges require 8 M2.5x10 (or12) mm bolts and 8 M2.5 nuts. 
You will need two more M3 sunken nuts and two M3x10 bolts with washers, ideally two nylon washers too, for the hinged sticks.
