Some time ago, the swivel frame of the lamp in the photo, which is available in many furniture stores and DIY stores, broke off. I didn't want to throw it away, but earlier attempts to repair it failed, and gluing was not possible. I was waiting for an idea on how to stabilize the mechanism as simply as possible. I hope I have come up with the right idea. Of course you could reconstruct the mechanism with an external threaded pass-through, but that was too fiddly for me, probably only possible in metal because of the durability, and I was looking for a solution that I could print.
As these lights are relatively common (such as the “Briloner clamp light”, where the holding apparatus is obviously almost identical), it could be that someone else out there has the same problem. Maybe it will help her/him/them then.
The 2 halves of the printout can be provisionally pre-fixed with the dovetail, the actual stability comes with the cable ties. Very careful people could additionally help with some super glue at the bottom of the plate.

Klemmleuchte / Reparatur

Vor einiger Zeit ist das Drehgestell der abgebildeten Leuchte, wie sie in Vielen Möbelgeschäften und Baumärkten zu haben ist, abgebrochen. Wollte sie nicht wegwerfen, frühere Versuche der Reparatur scheiterten, kleben war nicht möglich. Ich wartete auf eine Idee, wie möglichst einfch den Mechanismus wieder stabilisieren könnte. Mit dieser Idee bin ich hoffentlich richtig gelegen. Natürlich könnte man de Mechanismus mit Durchlass mit Aussengewinde rekonstruieren, aber das war mir zu umständlich, wahrscheinlich wegen der Belastbarkeit nur aus Metall möglich, und ich suchte nach einer Lösung die ich drucken konnte.
Nachdem diese Leuchten relativ häufig sind (wie z.B. die "Briloner Klemmleuchte", bei der offensichtlich der Halteapparat weitgehend identisch ist), könnte es ja sein, daß noch jemand da draußen das gleiche Problem hat. Vielleicht hilft es dann.
Die 2 Hälften lassen sich durch den Schwalbenschwanz provisorisch vorfixieren, die rstliche Stabilität kommt mit den Kabelbindern. Ganz vorsichtige könnten noch mit etwas Superkleber unten an der Platte nachhelfen.
