Tissue paper always on top cover (regular and kitchen size)

Tired of digging tissue papers, so I made these.

If they're not heavy enough, I'd put M3 16mm screw holes on each corner of the cover. It's recommended to use ≤15mm screws as weights, or you risk screwing too tightly and cracking the corners (happened to me.)
