Description
*Included 350 bed trays.
*Print with ABS or ASA
* LH and RH tray and 4 2020 pins parts are needed.
This is designed and tested on a LDO 300 2.4 I don't know how fitment will be with other kits.
This mod will add side trays that will catch all the crap that falls off the side of the bed. its easy to remove and empty with no hardware involved.
In addition to designing this, I wanted this to be functional.
This is used with bed fans will help circulate and mix the heated air better.
My findings while using 4 The Filters fans my chamber average heated up a little faster reached a hotter chamber temp after testing for 1 hour recording every 5 mins starting at 10 mins.
Extruder and motors disabled.

Bed Fans @60%
Chamber Average 3 sensors combined Z chain, Top rear left, and top front right thermistor.
Both test where ran when everything was cold and settled over night with average of 19c chamber temp.
YMMV but I would like to know how it performed with your setup.
Here are my results.
The Z chain heats up faster with no mod because its pretty much getting blasted with the heated bed air. That's why you see it climb so fast vs with mod. You can see with the mod it catches up at the 50 minutes mark.
