Toggle switch fidget

Description
Features:
This switch is intended to be used as reference. This might come in handy if you design something and you have to gauge the size in the real world. It is also a great show piece for FDM printing on your work desk. Might work as fidget toy too. it does need no extra hardware and is fully 3D printable. The compliant spring gives the switch a satisfying snaping motion.
Printing:
Best be done in the given orientation. Layerhights from 0.12-0.2mm are good to go. The mechanism works fine with all parts printed from PLA but i recommend higly to have at least the Spring part made from PETG. Although i never had any issue with a spring made from PLA, a PETG spring should be more reliable on the long run.
Assembly:
1) Push the Sping in the Body. Pay attention to insert it the right way round. (See picture below)
2) Push the lever down on the spring and secure it in place with a piece of filament as axle. Make sure it is not to long and interferes with the thread.
3) Fit the nut on the thread
4) Glue the contacts in place with a drop of superglue
if you want to make this the ultimate fidget, you‘ll find a cap to Cover the Switch here
