Accessory Holder and light attachment for WEST BIKING(tm) Bike Rack - 110lb capacity model

Introduction
I recently purchased what I now consider an excellent bike rack from West Biking at Amazon. I noted that the component that held the rack was composed of a hollow tube connected to the seat stem.    A reflector holder was connected to the back end of the tube.  

I saw this as an opportunity to create a tool and accessory holder that could telescope from the rack tube.   That is what inspired this design.  

Bicycle Rack Preparation
Drill out the rivet holding the metallic reflector holder at the end of the rack tube and remove it.  I used a 3/16 bit.   You may also need to file inside the rack tube at the hole to remove residual.   Remove the reflector from the reflector holder since this will attach to the model we are making.  

Printing
Print using PETG with 0.2mm layers.  All three pieces (tube cap, divider and tube) can be printed together.  Use “Autopaint” at default settings, but remove the painting at the divider and top tube end - these are not necessary for a good print.

Use supports for support enforcers only, and apply organic supports.    After you slice, you should see organic supports on the bottom portion only, and these are easily removed after the model is completed and has cooled off.

Assembly
Once you have removed the organic supports, glue the rear cap to the other open end of the tube using small dabs of cyanoacrylate in the groove.   The divider (optional) should slip into  the other grove and you may want to glue that in as well.   

Place the holder into the rack tube and once you have filled it with your items, you can close it and place the reflector at the end.

I used an M3, 8mm long screw with a washer to lock the holder into the tube, but this is optional.   Be sure to keep the hex key or screw driver handy in the event you need to unlock the holder.
