K8200/3Drag GT2 Y Belt Mount with easy Tension - Upgrade

This simple construction are for upgrading your K8200/3Drag to GT2 belt on Y axis.
It is a direct replacement, reusing the original mount screw and holes, adding the missing belt tension.

For complete upgrade of Y axis to GT2, you need:

• GT2 6mm belt (mine is from eBay)
• GT2 pulley for motor (20 teeth and 5mm motor hole)
• The printed parts (2x wedge + mount + clamp)
• Two M3x30mm screws
• Two M3 nuts Assembly as shown on pictures

Updated: Included STEP files for use in CAD programs.

• 0.20mm layer height, 15% infill
• 2 perimeters, 3 top and 2 bottom layers
• No support needed
